A Mother’s Calling tells the saga of Iramaya Benjamin, whose sons were tortured by the Brazilian military government in the 1970’s. The narrative is led by the letters that Iramaya wrote to her best friend, the Swedish woman Marianne Eyre, during 36 years (1972-2008). The letters show the transformation of a placid housewife into a brave woman who, by struggling for her sons, ended up having a political awakening and winning her own freedom.

US TWO is an encounter with love, an intimate chat with different ways of living and feeling in couple. In times of briefness and fragmentation, US TWO portrays with sensitivity and humor the widespread attempt to live life in couple. In a cycle composed by 30 pieces of 3 minutes each, several couples of different profiles and backgrounds receive us into their homes to discuss different issues about their life together.

In 1983 a group of 154 children aged 3 and 17 years old traveled alone from Europe to Montevideo. They were children of political exiles from Uruguay, who were unable to come back to their own country; they sent their kids to know their relatives and home country. That human sign, charged with a political message, took part in children’s identity development. Nowadays, six of them still remember that day, when a crowd received them singing all together “your parents will come back”.

When 72 hours have passed, he must be back in the cell where he has already lived for 12 years.

Synopsis: A space-time travel arises by the downtown area of Bogotá in which a car bomb exploded on January 30 1993. The path will be user defined and there images and voices recorded in the past and the present will converge. Visitors will witness the aftermath of the attack, the transformation of the sector after 22 years and will investigate the memories and omissions of some witnesses that still remain in the place of the event.
